The NSW Branch Rover Ball is held on the first Saturday in Feburary each year.
The Ball is a chance for Rovers from New South Wales and beyond to come together in an formal atmosphere and celebrate another successful year of Rovering.
Crews or groups of Rovers with common interests tender to run the ball each year, with the Branch Rover Council voting on the best tender. Tenders are currently open for Branch Ball 2007.
Up until 2007, the Ball was a themed dance event in June of each year, where Rovers dressed up in theme and partied the night away, often camping overnight. In 2007 a new format was tested and adopted by NSW Rovers. The ball is now a formal event at an upscale venue.
